Transparent block ice machine is divided into brine system block ice machine and containerized block ice machine.

Brine refrigeration transparent block ice machine’s ice making principle is putting the ice bucket full of water into brine tank. Through professional refrigeration technology, water has a heat transfer and then turn into ice. The crane hoist a row of bucket down into the thawing tank full of hot water. The ice surface thaws and gets separate from the ice bucket.

Features:

• Ti-pipe is used as evaporator coil to improve the heat exchange effect, and its stainlessness, anti-corrosion guarantee the long service time.
• The stainless PE parts between the brine water and the fresh water are plastic weld and rust-resistant. Also, it works very well in a cold condition.
• The particular design of ice thawing tank and ice dumping unit bring easier operation.
• The thawing tank is heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy saving and suitable for low water temperature area.
