Ice making principle:

Put the ice buckets with full water in the brine tank. The brine water in the brine tank will have a heat transfer with the refrigerant inside the ti-pipe evaporator coil and the temperature of brine water will be lowered. Then the low temperature brine water has a heat transfer with the water inside the ice bucket which will be lowered to 5 degrees below zero. So the water in the ice bucket all becomes ice. The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the thawing tank full of hot water. The ice surface thaws and gets separate from the ice bucket.
